Two service levels, both priced up front
Most manufacturers require an annual service to keep the warranty valid. We offer two levels so you are not paying for a strip-down you do not need.
- Interim service — £70 + VAT. Operational and safety checks, combustion analysis, controls check and a full written service report.
- Full strip-down service — £95 + VAT. Everything in the interim service plus removal and cleaning of the combustion chamber, burner and heat exchanger.
- Both can be booked online: £84 inc VAT for the 30 minute interim, £114 inc VAT for the 1 hour full strip-down.
Emergency repairs and out of hours cover
Our office hours are Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00 and Sat 09:00 – 12:00. Outside those hours we operate an emergency call out for boiler breakdown, heat pump breakdown and leaks.
- Pressure loss and repeated re-filling
- Fault and lockout codes on the display
- No hot water, or hot water but no heating
- Noisy boiler, kettling and circulation faults
- Leaks on the boiler, the system or the pipework

Frequently asked questions
How much is a boiler service?
A gas boiler interim service is £70 + VAT and a full strip-down service is £95 + VAT. Booked online the prices are £84 inc VAT (30 minutes) and £114 inc VAT (1 hour).
Do you service heat pumps as well as boilers?
Yes. Our F-Gas qualified engineers service air source heat pumps, with services starting from £195 + VAT. Annual servicing keeps efficiency up and protects the manufacturer warranty.
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
Most repairs are completed the same day or the next day, subject to part availability. For boiler breakdown, heat pump breakdown and leaks we also run an out of hours emergency call out.
Do I get a discount if I am a Blue Light card holder?
Yes. Valid Blue Light discount card holders get 20% off a boiler service and 10% off call out and labour for boiler, plumbing, heating and electrical repairs (materials excluded). Discounts are not to be used in conjunction with other offers.
