Why BBI is different
A heat pump is a heating job and an electrical job. Solar is an electrical job with a roof attached. Underfloor heating is pipework, screed and controls. Nearly every firm in this market covers one side and subcontracts the other. We hold the accreditations for both — which is why our jobs finish on the date we said they would.
Gas Safe for gas, NICEIC for electrical, MCS (NIC601962) for renewables, F-Gas for refrigerant, WaterSafe for water, plus OFTEC for oil. One contractor covers the entire system.
Our service prices are on the website: £70 + VAT interim, £95 + VAT strip-down, heat pump services from £195 + VAT. You can book a boiler service online without speaking to a salesperson.
Based in Southampton and Eastleigh, registered in Romsey, covering all SO postcodes. Close enough to come back and fine-tune a heat pump after its first cold spell — which most of them need.
MCS certified renewable systems carry a 6 year workmanship guarantee, and boiler and air conditioning installations 24 months — written into our published terms, not promised on a doorstep.

We are MCS accredited under NIC601962, which is what allows us to apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme on your behalf. The grant is deducted from your quotation; you do not claim anything back.
