Welcome to BBI Heating & Electrical. We are based in Eastleigh and Southampton, proudly serving Hampshire. Our team specialises in all aspects of plumbing, heating and electrical installations and services — from traditional solutions like boilers and electrical wiring to renewable installations.

What makes us different
Most of this market is split down the middle. We are not.
There are two kinds of company competing for your renewable installation. Renewable specialists, who understand heat pumps but subcontract the electrics and cannot service your boiler. And national volume installers, who sell a product configured online and send a contractor you have never met. We are a third thing: one local firm holding every accreditation the job needs.
Six accreditations, one contractor
Gas Safe for gas. NICEIC for electrical. MCS (NIC601962) for renewables and grant access. F-Gas for refrigerant. WaterSafe for water, vetted by Southern Water. OFTEC for oil. Very few firms our size hold all of them.
Family run, and it shows in the work
Twenty-five years of Hampshire history means we are still here when something needs adjusting in year three. Our projects include barn conversions, low-profile underfloor heating retrofits and a seven-bedroom guest house heat pump cascade — all in this county.
We publish our prices
Service prices are on the website, and two of them can be booked online. That is a deliberate choice: you should be able to see a number before you speak to anyone.
